Meet Our Chef
John Ballesteros is a seasoned culinary professional with deep roots in the food industry, proudly representing the best of both Mexican and American traditions.
Born in El Paso, Texas, John Ballesteros began working in the food industry at just 14, starting on a reservation where the foundation for a lifelong passion for cooking was laid. After relocating to Los Angeles, California, John Ballesteros had the opportunity to serve countless movie stars and even catered for sitting President George Bush, an experience that sharpened skills in high-profile, high-pressure settings.
Later, in Florida, John Ballesteros became the Sous Chef at SeaWorld’s Ports O’Call Catering, overseeing events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale parties hosting up to 8,000 guests. With a keen focus on every detail, John Ballesteros ensures that each catering experience is seamless and unforgettable.
Proudly representing “100% Mexican made in the USA,” John Ballesteros’s journey is a testament to dedication, passion, and a relentless pursuit of culinary excellence.
